摘 要:参照小麦叶表皮制片方法制片,观察了植被砼上的14个狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon L.)叶片上、下表皮结构,并测定了其长细胞、短细胞和气孔的数量及长宽。结果表明,不同狗牙根叶片表皮的解剖结构相似,但各项指标差异较大;Wild Bermudagra多项指标均居首位,Hulled、0404591680和Nanjing各项指标值均偏中下;并用这些指标对14个狗牙根进行聚类分析,把它们分成4类。The pieces were made by the method of wheat leaf epidermis piece-making.The upper and lower epidermises structure of 14breeds of Cynodon dactylon,which were planted on vegetation concrete,were observed,and the length,width and the number per unit field of the long cells,the short cells and stomas were determined.The results showed the similarity of anatomical structure of leaves epidermises of different C.dactylon,but the discrepancy of each target was big,and found that many targets of wild bermudagra ranked the top level,so it can adapt to the habitat of vegetation concrete very well.But each target of Hull,04045916,and Nanjing were on or under middle,so they can not adapt to the habitat of vegetation concrete well.Moreover,the 14breads of C.dactylon were divided into 4kinds by cluster analysis,which based on all the targets.
