摘　　要：提高护理质量、保障病人权利正日益成为全球医疗管理领域最重视的议题之一。本研究介绍了护理侵权行为及病人权利的概念和内涵,在分析护理侵权行为的现状后,介绍了国内外关于预防护理侵权行为的做法和先进理念,以供护理工作人员参考。To improve nursing quality and ensure patients＇ rights is in- creasingly becoming one of the most important topics in global medical management domain. This study introduced the concept and connotation of nursing tort and patients＇ rights. And it introduced the methods and ad- vanced concepts on prevention of nursing tort in abroad and at home after analyzing the status quo of nursing tort, so as to provide preference for nursing staff.
