化疗期乳腺癌病人应对方式与情绪状况的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨化疗期乳腺癌病人应对方式、情绪状况及其相关性。[方法]采用医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)中文版和简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)对术后化疗的原发性乳腺癌病人201例进行调查,并对结果进行分析。[结果]乳腺癌病人回避和屈服应对得分明显低于常模(P<0.05);负性情绪紧张-焦虑、疲乏-迟钝和迷惑-混乱得分均>5.0分,维度均分>1.0分,其中疲乏-迟钝得分最高;病人的负性情绪维度紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲乏-迟钝、迷惑-混乱和POMS-SF总分与回避和屈服应对呈明显正相关,与面对应对呈明显负相关;正性情绪维度精力与回避和屈服应对呈明显负相关,与面对应对呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。[结论]化疗期乳腺癌病人的应对方式与情绪状况密切相关,在临床护理干预中应引导病人积极应对,以缓解其负性情绪。Objective： To probe into the coping style and emotional status of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy and correlation between them. Methods：Using Chinese version of MCMQ and POMS- SF to investigate 201 cases of patients with primary breast cancer after undergoing chemotherapy and analyze the results. Results： Avoidance and resignation coping scores of breast cancer patients were significantly lower than the norm（P〈0. 05）, there was statistical significant difference in confrontation coping score and the norm （P〉0.05） ;the scores of negative emotion including stress - anxiety,fatigue - slow and confused - confusion were〉 5.0;average dimension score 〉1.0 and fatigue - slow score was the highest;the patient＇s negative emotion dimension including stress - anxiety, depression - depression, anger - hostility, fatigue - slow, confused - confusion and total POMS - SF score was positively correlated with avoidance and yield response, The patients＇ negative emotion dimension stress - anxiety, depression - frustration, anger - hostility, fatigue - slow, con- fusing - chaos and POMS- SF score and avoidance and yield response was pos- itively correlated,was negatively correlated with confrontation coping; positive emotional dimension of energy was significantly negatively correlated with a- voidance and yield response, was significantly positive correlated with the con- frontation coping（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Coping style of breast cancer patients during chemotherapy is closely related to emotional condition, the patients should be guided to actively cope with,so as to alleviate the negative emotions during clinical nursing intervention.
