他扎罗汀乳膏联合曲安奈德局部封闭治疗结节性痒疹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法 168例结节性痒疹病例中,治疗组98例使用0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗,对照组70例仅给予封闭治疗,共8周。对治疗前后皮损的数量及患者主观症状进行统计,比较治疗效果并分析复发情况及不良反应。结果治疗后第4周末及第8周末,治疗组有效率分别为46.9%和84.7%,对照组分别为18.6%和54.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后第12周复诊,治疗组复发率为5.1%,对照组为18.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应轻微,可以耐受。结论 0.1%他扎罗汀乳膏联合曲安奈德注射液局部封闭治疗结节性痒疹疗效较好,复发率低,不良反应轻微。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of topical tazarotene cream combined with local in- jection of triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of prurigo nodularis. Methods One hundred and sixty-eight pa- tients with prurigo nodularis were divided into two groups. Ninety-eight patients of treatment group were given topical 0. 1% tazarotene cream combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide, however, patients of the control group were only given local injection of triamcinolone acetonide. After eight weeks, the number of lesions and subjec- tive symptom of patients were recorded, and the therapeutic efficiency were compared, and the recurrence and side- effect were also analysed. Results At the end of 4th and 8th week of treatment course, the therapeutic efficiency of treatment group were 46.9% and 84.7% separately, and the recurrence rate of which at the end of 12th week after treatment was 5.1%. There were significant differences compared with the control group （ 18.6%, 54. 3% and 18.6% respectively） （all P 〈 0. 01 ）. Also, the side-effect was slight and could be tolerated by patients in the treat- ment group. Conclusion The therapy of topical 0. 1% tazarotene cream combined with local injection of triamcinolo- ne acetonide in the treatment of prurigo nodularis has an excellent efficiency, and which should be commendably rec- ommend in the treatment of such disease.
