摘 要:报道了中原油田稠油区块的特点,稠油降粘剂作用机理,稠油降粘剂的评价方法,降粘剂配方体系,现场工艺、降粘效果评价及现场应用,稠油井应用降粘剂后,稠油粘度大大降低,增加了原油流动性,稠油降粘率达96%,电流下降率20%以上,减轻了抽油机的负荷,见到了明显的效果,维护了油井的正常生产,该技术的成功应用,解决了稠油无法开采的难题。The reports of the zhongyuan oilfield the characteristics of heavy oil blocks, heavy oil viscosity agent mechanism, heavy oil viscosity agent evaluation method, drop adhesive formula system, process, the effects of viscosity reduction evaluation and field application, application of heavy oil wells came after adhesive, viscosity reduced greatly, increased liquidity crude oil, heavy oil viscosity reduction rate was 96 %, the current decline rate is 20 % and reduce the load of the pumping unit, see the obvious effect, maintain the normal production of oil wells, the successful application of this technology, solved the problem of heavy oil can't mining.
