摘　　要：上海合作组织成立以来,依"上海精神"为指导,在安全、经济、人文教育等领域的合作与发展取得了显著的成果,上海合作组织的未来发展必将前景广阔。上海合作组织的成功发展已成为地区合作的典范。Shanghai Cooperation Organization has already got great achievements in all fields including Security, Economy, Humanity and Education under the direction of ＂Shanghai Spirit＂ since its founding. Shanghai Cooperation Organization＇s prospect must be bright and promising. Its successful development has been a model of regional cooperation.
