摘　　要：运用超效率DEA模型对河南省科技资源配置效率的分析结果说明,河南省近10年的科技资源配置效率呈波动上升趋势,科技资源配置的综合效率在31个地区中位列17,处于配置效率一般的第三梯度.针对河南省科技资源配置过程中出现的问题给出了提高科技资源配置水平的主要途径,以期对"十二五"期间最大限度地有效利用河南省科技资源,加快中原经济区建设,实现中部崛起提供理论支持.This paper makes an analysis of the efficiency of the science and technology resource allocation based on SuperEfficiency DEA model in Henan province, which shows that the trend of fluctuating escalation ranks the 17th among 31 regions, the 3rd grade in general efficiency. In the light of the problems in the process of the science and technology resource allocation in Henan province, this paper tells the ways of improving it, so as to make maximum use of the science and technology resource allocation during the period of Twelfth Five Year Plan, and offer a theoretical support for accelerating the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone and achieving the rise of central China.
