摘  要:为了解决洗车等行业水资源耗费较大问题,在普通喷嘴前部加装混合腔和进气道,设计了一种新的气液两相节水喷嘴.在对节水喷嘴和同尺寸下普通喷嘴的清洗试验中,实测了通入气体时和不通入气体时的清洗污面的耗水量,分析了耗水量随气体质量含气率的变化情况,结果表明,加入气体后,清洗污面耗费的水量要少;10 mm喷距下最佳的气体质量含气率为0.94%;20 mm喷距下最佳的气体质量含气率为0.75%.In order to solve the large consumption of water resource in car wash industry, a new gas-liquid two- phase water-saving nozzle was designed with a mixing chamber and an inlet fit before an ordinary nozzle. In the cleaning experiments of a water-saving nozzle and an ordinary nozzle with the same size, the water con- sumption of a cleaning dirt surface with and without gas were measured and the water consumption changing with the gas-quality-to-gas rate was analyzed. The results showed that: after adding the gas, the water con- sumption of cleaning a dirty surface was reduced considerably; the best rate of gas quality to gas was 0.94% under a 10 mm spray distance, and 0.75% under a 20 mm spray distance.
