摘　　要：目的 :检测雏鸡视网膜褪黑激素的含量。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法。结果 :方法操作简单 ,结果可信 ,检出限为2 5ng/ml。线性范围 0 0 2 5～ 80 μg/ml,变异系数 <1 1 % (日内、日间 )。加标回收率 82 0 %～ 99 8% ,样品中褪黑激素含量0 2 μg/ml。结论 :出生 1～ 7d雏鸡松果体不分泌褪黑激素。Objective:To measure the amount of Melatonin in chicken retina.Methods:Melatonin was detected by high performance liquid chromatography.Results:The detection limint of Melatonin-was 25.0ng/ml.The linear range ranged 0.025～80μg/ml and the recovery rate 82.0%～98%.The coefficient of variation was 11%.Conclusion:The amount of melatonin in chicken retina is 0.2μg/ml and the HPLC method is reliable.
