摘　　要：高校图书馆可以充分利用移动通信技术和智能手机,在已有的读者服务模式基础上不断创新、开拓。文章探讨了高校图书馆开发移动电子邮件系统,可以为高校读者群提供更快、更便捷的服务,推动高校图书馆的读者服务功能往更广、更深的模式发展。在阐述了开发移动电子邮件系统意义的基础上,对高校图书馆移动电子邮件系统的构建进行了深入分析,并对高校图书馆电子邮件的推送过程进行了阐述。Mobile telecommunication technology and smartphone can be fully used by college libraries as an innovation of their original service models. The mobile e-mail system is discussed in this paper as a more convenient service for library users and a further development of library＇s service function. Following the elaboration on the significance of developing mobile e-mail system, an in-depth analysis is made of the construction of college library mobile e-mail system, and the e-mail-pushing process is discussed as well.
