摘 要:针对大柳塔矿22101工作面开采曾自燃发火的小窑火区下方的近距离煤层,存在复燃和有害气体的安全隐患,通过灵活运用Y型均压通风方法、泄水泄压系统、地表回填与监测监控等技术手段,为工作面回采提供了安全保障。在回采结束后,采空区CO浓度突然呈数量级异常升高情况下,通过综合分析、应用SF6示踪法验证假设等技术方法,准确查找到漏风通道和判明火源位置,并采取地面打钻注浆隔离、地表覆盖灭火、裂隙堵漏等措施,快速隔离并治理了火源,保证了安全生产。Safety has been guaranteed through various technological means that applied flexibly in working face extraction, like Y-type voltage-sharing ventilation method, sluice & unloading pressure system, ground backfill and monitoring and controlling, in view of potential safety hazard for existing rekindle & harmful gas of 22101 working face in Daliuta mine, which close distance coal seam under small mine fire district was spontaneous ignited. After exploitation, the CO density in gob area rose abnormally in order of magnitudes, leaking way was found and the source of ignition was distinguished exactly through some technical methods like analysis by synthesis and verify hypothesis of trace method. And finally, safety production is guaranteed for source of ignition was insulated and managed effectively, taking several measures, for example: slip casting isolation for ground drilling, land cover ouffire and leaking stoppage on fracture.
