摘　　要：随着汽车制造技术的不断发展和提高,我国的汽车出口量越来越大,要使我国自主品牌汽车在国际市场上站稳脚跟,整车防腐与涂装技术质量是一个不可忽视的重要问题。为了提高车身的整车防腐性能,需对涂装后的车身采用内腔喷蜡工艺。主要介绍了人工内腔防腐蜡喷蜡室结构和装备,以及内腔喷蜡工艺。With the development of automobile manufacture technology, China＇s automobile exports is more and more. In order to gain distinction in the international market, vehicle anticorrosion and quality of coating technology is one of the important issues that can not be ignored. In order to improve the anticorrosion performance of the vehicle body, cavity spraying wax technology was used on coated body. The spraying wax chamber structure and equipment of artificial cavity preservative wax and the cavity spray wax process were mainly introduced.
