摘　　要：针对目前电子商务安全的瓶颈,文章以网上购物为例,提出了一种新的网上购物保险业务模式,并对其理念进行了阐述。通过保险公司对网上购买的商品实施保险,对其可行性及必要性进行了具体的分析。文章具体解决了所提出保险模式将面临的现实问题及实现的方法,总结了这种保险模式的意义及它会对网上购物方式产生怎样的影响。以网上购物保险业务模式为例,给电子商务市场安全带来一个新的保险模式。In accordance with the bottleneck of E-commerce security,this paper took online shopping for example,firstly proposed a new insurance business model of online shopping,and stated its concept.Insurance companies could offer insurance services for online products.The feasibility and necessity of this measure was analyzed in detail.Further,the paper proposed several realistic problems that the service would cause,gave specific solutions,and summarized its meaning and effect on online shopping.As the given example,the entity insurance business would surely bring a new insurance model to E-commerce market.
