摘　　要：目的:通过对在负压感染性动物实验设施试运行中所存在的问题进行及时整改,为后期的正式运行扫除隐患。方法:将设施试运行期间重点关注的条件保障、质量控制、兽医护理、职业健康及应急演练等项目进行分类。结果:对设施试运行期间发现的主要问题进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策。结论:对设施试运行中所发现的问题进行了及时处理后,达到了防患于未然的效果,所获得的经验对于设施日后正常运行提供强有力的保障。Objective： To find the problems through the test run of our negative pressure infectious experimental animal facility to correct them in time. Methods： We classified the key points which must be focused on during the test run. They included requirements satisfied, quality control, veterinary nursing, occupational health and emergency drill. Results： We analyzed the main problems and put forward the countermeasures after the test run. Conclusion： We have handled the problems immediately before the formal experiments and got the experience which can be used in the future work.
