摘　　要：将模式病房与非模式病房的工作方法有机地结合,提出非模式病房渐进性地推广整体护理的构想,分为四个步骤:(1)理论学习;(2)表格设计;(3)拟定计划;(4)具体实施。力求在实践中逐步将护理程序的应用推向全面。Ideas on gradually spreading the model of holistic nursing care are presented, including: theoretical study explains the objectives, characteristics, methodology, benefits of the holistic nursing care in the new times; an efficient working chart helps to obtain essential data with the least expenditure of time and effort, and is reasonably simple and flexible so as to be readily adaptable to the many different clinical problems that may present themselves; plans are worked out in line with each hospital' s and each department S actual characteristics and conditions; in the process of implementation, synthesize practical experience into better principles and methods,then put them into practice so as to improve work.
