摘　　要：为了改变并条及粗纱均使用邵尔A硬度80度以上胶辊的现状,通过对并条前主牵伸区使用WRC-073型低硬度高弹性胶辊从并条到细纱的跟踪试验,认为利用低硬度高弹性胶辊的机理改善成纱的品质是可行的,但也存在易绕花、回磨周期变短等问题。In order to change the situation in that both the doubling and the roving are processed with the cot with Shore hardness over 80, the tracing experiment of the application of the cot WRC-073 with hi-elasticity and low rigidity in production of the drawing and the spinning yarn proves that the imporvement of the yarn quality with the cot with hi-elasticity and low rigidity is feasible, yet with problems such as inclination of entangling and short grinding cyc.
