摘　　要：为了提高产品附加值,增加企业效益,介绍了开发粘胶14.6tex针织竹节纱的生产实践和技术难点,具体介绍了布样分析及竹节风格参数的确定,前纺质量控制要点,细纱工艺优化及质量控制和络筒工艺;指出:前纺应勤抓少打、柔性梳理,后纺应控制好工艺参数、配好器材,并制定企业内控标准,建立针织用竹节纱的质量控制体系。In order to increase the added value of the product for better profit of the enterprises, introduction is made to the development of the slub yarn of viscose with 14.6 tex as to the tech-nodus. Introduction is done to the sampling analysis of the cloth,the data determination for the slub yarn,the quality control essentials, optimization of the spinning process and the winding process. It is concluded that in the fore spinning area,more picking with less beating plus soft carding is appreciated while in the rear spinning area,it is better to do good control of the process specifications, good configuration of the accessories, and set-up of the enterprise inner norm control in addition to the establishment of the quality control system of the slub yarn.
