摘 要:随着OEM企业生存环境的日益恶化,转型势在必行。提出了OEM企业从精益生产经大规模定制向服务型制造升级转型的递进式体系结构;提出了"从精益向大规模定制"和"从大规模定制向服务型制造"两个阶段分步升级的具体实施模式;最后通过一个OEM企业成功转型的案例验证模式实施的效果。认为服务型制造终究是由企业节点来实现的,企业实施层面的深入研究需要更多地关注。With the OEM enterprise survival environment worsening,the transformation is to be imperatived. A progressive architecture is presented for OEM enterprise upgraded from lean production to mass customization manufacturing, then upgraded to service-embedded manufacturing. Further, the implementation modes in two stages step by step, from lean production upgraded to mass customization manufacturing and then from mass customization upgrade to service-embedded manufacturing, are also proposed respectively. Finally, an OEM enterprisers successful transformation case is validated the mode' s effectiveness. The paper maintains that service-embedded manufacturing is ultimately implemented by the enterprise node, so in-depth study of the enterprise level requires more attention.
