摘 要:从可用性本质—用户情感体验角度,提出了一种新的应用软件可用性评估方法。首先,运用感性工学方法建立了用户完成应用软件测试后的总体情感评估量表,运用五因子性格模型测量用户的性格类型,并完成用户性格到用户初始情感的转换,建立可用性对用户情感影响的评估模型;其次,进行可用性评估实验,运用情感评估量表和软件可用性评估问卷(SUMI)对15名被试的情感以及应用软件的可用性进行测量;最后,利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立了可用性指标和情感词对之间的6个回归模型,并验证了模型的有效性。A new usability evaluating method for application software is proposed based on users' emotion experience from the nature of usability per se. First of all, the overall emotional assessment scale is established with the method of Kansei engineering when users have completed the application software test. This study uses the Five Factor Model to measure users' personality types and transforms them into users' initial emotional types. Secondly, a usability evaluating experiment is designed to measure 15 participates' emotion types and usability of the software by emotional assessment scale and software usability assessment questionnaire (SUMI). Finally, six regression models of the relationship between usability dimension indexes and 14 emotional words are established and verified by using partial least squares (PLS).
