摘　　要：提出了一种自适应环网背板总线和功能模块化插卡结构的一体化测试主机,多个功能模块插入主机形成一体化测试仪。给出了主机自适应环网总线、主控制逻辑、低纹波电源的设计方法及测试结果。测试结果表明,设计的电源模块纹波在10mV以下,满足高精度模拟电路供电需求;背板总线在数据双向传输率120MHz下传输正确、可靠。A integrated test main frame based on architecture of back module is designed. This main frame and other function module constitute an in board bus and function tegrated test instrument. The design methods of adaptive ring bus, logic control, low ripple power and the performance test results of the parts of main frame are given, test results show power supply ripple under 7A load is below 10mV, and back board bus transmission under 120MHz is correct and reliable.
