摘  要:有些矿用掘进机机组中配备的掘进机电动机机座一端的2个支架是与掘进机机组连接的部件,支架中心孔中配有1个轴套,此轴套是与掘进机装配时的配合零件,精度要求较高。轴套的材质为20CrMnTi合金结构钢,属于难加工的薄壁轴套类零件。经过反复试验,总结出了一套较为合理的加工工艺及工装方案,解决了该加工难题。Some motor housing ease was equipped with boring machine unit that has two brackets on one side and these brackets are the connecting parts with boring machine unit. There is one sleeve in the center hole of bracket which is the mating part of boring machine assembly and needs high precision. The sleeve is made of 20CrMnTi alloy structural steel and the sleeve belongs to thin wall bushings, which are very difficult to machine. After repeated experiments, it was summarized that a kind of more reasonable process and tooling program to solve this problem.
