摘  要:具体分析了城轨车辆感应板防腐工艺改进应考虑的各种因素,原有的金属扣件达克罗技术腐蚀严重,已经不能适应广州的恶劣天气。本文从各个方面分析了广州地铁感应板金属扣件腐蚀的原因,作为改进措施,介绍了新防腐技术的特点及应用,从试验数据、实际应用、客户反馈来对比分析两者之间的区别,指出新技术指标特别能适应和满足螺栓的防腐性能和力学性能要求,并且能承受扳手的多次摩擦,完全适应广州恶劣的天气条件。The paper analyzed various factors in the improvement of anti-corrosion process of metro tablet, original Dacromet technology of metal fasteners has suffered serious corrosion, and is not suit for bad weather of Guangzhou. The paper analyzed corroding reasons of tablet metal fasteners of Guangzhou metro from all aspects,at the same time,as the im- proving ways,introduced the characters and applications of new type of anti-corrosion technology, finally, the differences f both were presented form test data, real application, customers reactions. The index of new technology can meet the require- ments of anti corrosion and mechanical property of bolts,and can bear the friction of wrench many times,so it fully suit the weather of Guagnzhou.
