摘　　要：目的:比较徐汇区3种家庭医生服务模式的优劣。方法:3种模式各随机抽样调查选取一个中心,评价2011年3种不同服务模式下的服务效率、管理效率、服务效益。结果:3种模式互为补充,各具优势,模式2基本医疗和公共卫生服务更均衡。结论:模式2基本医疗和公共卫生服务更均衡,能为今后家庭医生工作的开展提供借鉴。Objective： To compare the pros and cons of three models to the family doctor services in Xuhui district. Method： Each of them chose one community health service centre randomly and their service and management effects and service profit in three different models in 2011 were evaluated. Result： Each of three models has its own advantages and complements. The basic medical service and public health service of the second model were more balanced. Conclusion： The second model can provide a reference for the family doctor services in the future.
