人类活动影响下长江中下游江湖治理问题探讨

摘　　要：近年来,经济社会发展和人类活动对长江中下游江湖关系产生了复杂而深远的影响。侧重分析了在以三峡工程为骨干的梯级水库运用、三峡水库汛期调度、洲滩和岸线及水沙资源利用等人类活动影响下,长江中下游江、湖治理所面临的新形势与新问题。对变化环境下长江中下游江湖治理的原则、方向,洲滩与岸线利用及河道管理等问题进行了探讨。所提出的对策措施可为江湖治理规划方案制定、河道管理和三峡水库优化调度等提供重要技术参考。In recent years,the social and economic development and human activities have produced complex and profound influence on the river and lake relation of middle and lower Yangtze River. The new situation and problems under the influence, such as operation of cascade reservoirs with Three Gorges Project as backbone one,operation of Three Gorges Reservoir in flood season,utilization of sandbar,shoal and shoreline and water and sediment resources,were analyzed. The principles and direction of river and lake regulation in middle and lower Yangtze River under changing environment,utilization of sandbar,shoal and shoreline and river management are discussed. It can provide technical support for river and lake regulation,river management and the optimal regulation of the Three Gorges Project.
