油酸肺损伤所致RDS对心肌超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察油酸肺损伤所致呼吸窘迫综合征 (RDS)时心肌超微结构的改变。 方法 :用油酸 (OA) 0 .1ml/ kg体重静脉缓慢注入复制家兔 RDS模型 ,取心肌做超薄切片 ,用透射电镜观察。结果 :在注入油酸 6 0 min后 ,心肌细胞水肿 ,基质密度降低 ;肌原纤维有破坏 ,肌丝断裂 ;线粒体大部分固缩 ,嵴模糊不清 ;内质网扩张 ;核异染色质减少 ;随着注入油酸时间的延长 ,以上病理改变逐渐加重。 结论 :油酸肺损伤所致 RDS对心肌有严重的损害 。Objective: To study the change of cardiac muscle on ultrastructure during RDS of lung injury induced by oleic acid(OA). Methods: The model of RDS of rabbit was made by injection of OA 0.1ml/kg·bw intravenously. The ultrathin section of cardiac muscle was done and the ultrastructure was observed by transmission electronmicroscope. Results: sixty minutes after injection of OA swelling of cardiac muscle, decrease in electron density of ground substances and breaking of myofibril were observed. There were eoaguation of mitochondria, disorder, blurning of mitochondria crista and dilation of endoplasmal reticulum. There was also decrease of heterochromatin in nuclei. The pathologic changes were more remarkable with the time of injection of OA. Conclusions: OA cainduce serioues injury of cardiac muscle with RDS and the acute disorder of cardiac function.
