摘  要:为了在长江上游干支流的水资源开发中保护该地区特有鱼类,需要构建科学合理的评价指标体系及评价方法,对特有鱼类的珍稀、濒危情况进行分析,确定鱼类的优先保护次序。采用模糊评价法,构建了包括物种珍稀性、物种价值和人为干扰程度3个子系统组成的鱼类优先保护等级评估体系。以相关文献资料和实地调查数据为基础,通过专家咨询、模糊评价等方法,辨识出长江上游干支流受威胁的特有鱼类,并利用所建立的评估体系评判了各鱼类的优先保护等级。该评价体系评价内容较全面,基本能反映实际情况,评价结果为长江上游干支流开发中制订特有鱼类保护措施提供了科学依据。In order to protect the special fishes in the hydropower development of the main stem and tributaries of upper Yangtze River, a scientific and reasonable evaluation system and evaluation method is needed to be developed to analyze the rare and endangered situation of the special fishes and determine the protection priority. A fish protection priority evaluation system consisting of 3 sub-systems of species rarity, species value and human disturbance degree is established by fuzzy evaluation method. Based on correlative documents and field investigation data, through expert consultation, fuzzy evaluation, the threatened special fishes in the main stem and tributaries of upper Yangtze River are identified and their protection priority is evaluated through the system. The evaluation contents of the established system are comparably comprehensive and can basically reflect the practical situation, and the evaluation results provide scientific basis for making protection measures of special fishes in the hydropower development of upper Yangtze River.
