中原经济区建设背景下河南文化旅游产业融合发展研究

摘　　要：中原地区作为华夏文明的摇篮,文化旅游资源极其丰富.长期以来,河南文化旅游资源的内涵挖掘缺乏深度,文化表达技术手段落后,文化旅游资源优势并未得到充分释放.中原经济区的文化战略定位和旅游发展目标,为河南文化旅游产业融合发展带来契机.中原经济区文化旅游产业融合发展,将在保护文化、传承文明和推动文化旅游产业转型升级方面起到重要推动作用.但中原经济区建设中,文化旅游产业融合发展存在着制度障碍、科技创新障碍和能力障碍等问题.为促进河南文化旅游产业融合发展,需要从放松产业管制、借力文化旅游产业园区和推进大型文旅集团建设等几个方面着手.Central Plains region as the cradle of Chinese civilization and the center,is extremely rich in cultural tourism resources.For a long time,lack of depth of content mining in cultural tourism resources and technical means of cultural expression lagging behind,Central Plains cultural tourism resources have not been fully released.The strategic positioning of cultural and tourism development goals in Central Plains Economic Region,has brought opportunities for Henan cultural tourism industry development.Convergence of cultural industries and tourism industry in Central Plains Economic Region will play an important role in the protection of cultural and upgrade cultural industry and tourism industry.Integration of the development of cultural tourism industry,the existence barriers of institutional and technological innovation and disabilities.To promote the convergence of cultural tourism industry in Henan province,it is necessary to relax industrial control,leverage the cultural tourism industry,to promote the construction of large-scale Culture Travel Group.
