摘　　要：目前我国尚无船舶LNG加气站的设计规范。结合我国长江等内河航道的自然条件,分析内河航道船舶LNG加气站建设的难点,提出可参考的相关规范,确定船舶LNG加气站合理的建设规模,进行水上加气站与岸上加气站的建设方案比选,提出具有可操作性的建设方案。研究岸上加气站方案中由岸上LNG站区至随水位变换位置的LNG趸船的LNG管道输送这一关键技术问题,提出了解决措施。At present, for ship LNG filling stations in the natural conditions of inland there is no design code China. Combined with waterways like Yangtze River, the difficulties for construction of ship LNG filling stations on inland waterways are analyzed. The related codes available for reference are put forward. The reasonable construction scale of ship LNG filling stations is determined. The construction schemes of overwater gas filling station and shore gas filling station are compared, and an operable construction scheme is proposed. The key technical problem of LNG pipeline transmission from shore LNG filling station to LNG filling barge which rises and falls with the water level in the shore gas corresponding filling station scheme is studied, and the solution is proposed .
