摘　　要：以马拉松运动为例,分析此类群众体育运动过程中意外事故发生的现状以及成因,并对该类意外事故的法律义务与责任进行分析,从而对马拉松赛事意外事故的防范与应对提出相应意见,对于马拉松运动的健康有序开展有着极为重要的理论意义和现实依据。In this paper, Marathon races are taken as an example to analyze the present situations of and factors leading to accidents and emergencies in some mass sports events and to assess the legal obligations and responsibilities for such accidents and emergencies. By doing so, some suggestions and advice can be put forward and offered on the relevant preventions and countermeasures, which is of great theoretical meaning and is the realistic basis for carrying out Marathon races in a healthy and orderly way.
