摘 要:对传统材料定额方法进行分析,针对材料定额的原材料规格变化、下料组合变化的难题,提出了基于精益制造与企业资源计划的材料定额方法与流程解决方案,提出了材料综合下料利用率的方法。对材料定额的闭环控制、材料定额控制与管理协同等问题进行了研究,提出了材料定额的控制与管理流程优化解决方案。给出了材料定额控制与管理优化示例。运用表明上述方案可以提高材料定额的准确率、集成度、协同度,降低材料定额差异,提高材料定额控制与管理水平。The traditional material quota methods were analyzed. The material quota method and its workflow were proposed with the material synthesis cutting utilization rate. It is based on LP and ERP for optimization problems of raw material standard and material nesting cutting group. The material quota closed- loop synergizing control and management was researched. And the optimization solutions were proposed for material quota control and management workflow. An example was given about material quota control and management optimization. The application shows, the projects could improve the accu- racy, integration, synergy of the material quota process, and reduce the differenccs of the material quo- ta. Then the material quota control and management level could be enhanced.
