摘　　要：针对传统功能分区规划理念与高新技术产业园区规划的失配问题,借鉴居住区"邻里单位"规划理念,分析明确问题的关键在于对园区内土地利用规划以及综合交通规划对园区开发的契合,进而以广州市南沙区电子信息产业园规划为例,探讨"工业邻里"规划理念在高新技术产业园区规划中运用关键点。Regarding the problem of the mismatch between the traditional functional zoning theory and the planning practice of high-tech industrial park, the paper, based on the concept of ＂neighborhood unit,＂ points out that the key is to support the development of the park with suitable land use planning and comprehensive transportation planning. Moreover, the paper takes Nansha Electronics and Information Industrial Park in Guangzhou as an example, and discusses the application of the concept of ＂industrial neighborhood unit＂ in the planning of high-tech industrial parks.
