摘 要:烟草蚀纹病毒(Tobacco etch virus,TEV)在云南各烟区普遍发生,且症状表型不一,TEV与其他病毒复合侵染,给烟草病毒病防治带来困难。病毒的准确检测是病害防控的前提。本文应用多重RT-PCR检测云南烟草病毒病样品,发现TEV与其他病毒存在3种复合侵染类型,分别为TEV/TVBMV,TEV/TMV和TEV/TVBMV/PVY。其中,TEV单独侵染只占检测样品数目的 19.05%,而TEV/TVBMV复合侵染发生较为普遍,占检测样品数目的 52.38%。初步分析了这3种复合侵染类型在云南烟草产区的分布,其中最主要的复合侵染类型TEV/TVBMV在文山、楚雄、昭通和昆明4个州市不同烟区分布广泛。该试验结果为云南TEV的监控与防治提供了理论依据。Tobacco etch virus (TEV) is widespread in tobacco planting areas in Yunnan. Tobacco in fected by TEV show different symptoms, and TEV always coinfects with other viruses and causes seri ous damage. The accurate TEV detection is key basis for prevention and control of the disease caused by TEV. In this study, the tobacco viral disease samples in Yunnan were collected and viruses were detected by multiplex RTPCR. The results indicated that there were three kinds of coinfecting of TEV with other virus, they were TEV/TVBMV, TEV/TMV, and TEV/TVBMV/PVY. TEV infecting tobac co alone was 19.05%, and TEV/TVBMV was the main type of coinfection (52. 38% ). The distribu tion for these three types of coinfecting in Yunnan was analyzed. The main type of TEV/TVBMV distributed widely in Wenshan, Chuxiong, Zhaotong and Kunming. This study provided basis for TEV disease monitor and control in Yunnan.
