摘 要:蜜蜂蜂王卵巢小管的数量和受精囊的大小是反映其生殖潜能的重要指标,蜂王生殖潜能的大小在一定程度上能代表蜂群群势发展的能力。因而,本研究就不同培育条件下蜜蜂蜂王卵巢小管数量和受精囊大小做了积极的探讨和研究,对不同培育条件下的中华蜜蜂蜂王与意大利蜜蜂蜂王生殖潜能间的差异进行了研究。结果表明:在混合饲养群里的中华蜜蜂工蜂幼虫在混合饲养群里培育成的蜂王Ⅰ、混合饲养群里的中华蜜蜂工蜂幼虫在意大利蜜蜂蜂群里培育成的蜂王Ⅱ、中华蜜蜂蜂王Ⅲ和意大利蜜蜂蜂王Ⅳ中,以蜂王Ⅲ的生殖潜能最小,蜂王Ⅳ的生殖潜能最大;蜂王Ⅱ比蜂王Ⅰ的生殖潜能大。Ovariole number and the size of the spermatheca in the honeybee queen are important indi ces reflected by the reproductive potential, and the size of the reproductive potential in the honeybee queen can represent bee colony development ability. In this study, the ovariole number and the sper matheca size of queens were studied under different rearing conditions. The reproductive potential was compared between Apis cerana cerana queens and A. mellifera ligustica queens. The result showed that : among four queens [ Queen I developing from A. cerana cerana larvae in mixedrearing colonies in which the A. mellifera ligustica brood comb were put into A. cerana cerana colonies and developed into workers there, Queen 1I developing from A. cerana ceraua larvae in A. mellifera ligustica colonies, Queen m (A. ceraua cerana queens) and Queen 1V (A. mellifera ligustica queens ] , Queen III had the lowest reproductive potential and Queen IV had the highest. As for the Queen I and Queen H, Queen II is more reproductive than Queen.
