摘  要:选取毛乌素沙地东南部8种不同人工林为研究对象,以流沙为对照,对林地土壤的微生物数量和酶活性以及二者之间的相关性进行了分析。结果表明,研究区土壤微生物数量表现为细菌>放线菌>真菌;各人工林土壤微生物数量与酶活性均较流沙有显著提高;0~20cm土层土壤细菌数量油松、侧柏和柠条林地较高;新疆杨林地0~20cm土层土壤放线菌、真菌数量和各项酶活性均高于其他林地;土壤微生物数量与酶活性之间呈显著或极显著正相关。在沙地营造人工林能够有效提高土壤微生物数量和酶活性,改善土壤质量状况。从土壤生物学特性角度考虑,毛乌素沙地东南部最适宜营造的人工林树种为新疆杨和油松。Compared with drift sand,soil microbial quantity and soil enzyme activities of eight different for- est plantations on the southeast of the Mu Us sandy land were measured,and the relationships among them were studied. The results showed that the number of soil microorganisms was in the order of bacteria〉actinomycetes〉fungi. Soil microbial quantity and enzyme activities of forest plantations were significantly higher than those of drift sand. The number of bacteria in 0-20 cm soil layers of Pinus tabuliformis ,Platy- cladus orientalis and Caragana microphylla were higher than others. Soil actinomycetes quantity, fungi quantity and enzyme activities in 0-20 cm soil layers of Populus bolleana were higher than those in other artificial forests. Significant or extremely significant correlations were found between microorganisms and enzyme activities. Considering the soil biological characteristics, the most suitable cultivation species for the construction of plantations on the southeast of the Mu Us sandy land are P. bolleana and P. tabuliforrnis. Soil microbial quantity, enzyme activities and soil quality can be improved by building forest plantations on sand land.
