摘 要:采用盆栽试验法,对花叶唐竹(Sinobambusa tootsik Makino ex Nakai var.luteolo-albo-striata)、小琴丝竹(Bambusa multiplex‘Alphonse-Karr’)、刺黑竹(Chimonobambusa neopur-purea)、毛凤凰竹(Bambusa multiplex var.incana)和匍匐镰序竹(Drepanostachyum stoloni-forme)进行NaCl不同浓度(CK、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%、1.0%)胁迫处理,观察其叶片、根系形态变化,测定其根系活力。结果表明:不同浓度NaCl胁迫下,5种竹子叶片均出现盐害,耐盐性大小依次为小琴丝竹>花叶唐竹>刺黑竹>毛凤凰竹>匍匐镰序竹;根系切片电镜扫描可见根尖各部位颜色随NaCl处理浓度的加深而加深;根系活力经不同浓度NaCl胁迫处理与对照相比均呈下降趋势。The morphological changes of the leaves,roots and the root activities of five bamboo species(Sinobambusa tootsik Makino ex Nakai var.luteolo-albo-striata,Bambusa multiplex'Alphonse-Karr',Chimonobambusa neopurpurea,B.multiplex var.incana,Drepanostachyun stoloniforme) were studied with the treatments of different concentrations of NaCl(0.0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7% and 1.0%).All five species presented saline injured symptoms under different concentrations of NaCl stress.Capabilities of salt tolerance were in the order of B.multiplex 'Alphonse-Karr'S.tootsik var.luteolo-albo-striataC.neopurpureaB.multiplex var.incanaD.stoloniforme.The observation under the scanning electron microscope demonstrated that the root tips became dark under NaCl stress,and the darkened extent was intensified with the higher concentrations of NaCl.The root activity declined sharply in the NaCl treatments compared to the control.
