摘　　要：主要介绍了基于K型热电偶和ADS1248的多路温度采集系统,在该系统中,温度信号经热电偶感应转化为模拟电压信号,该模拟电压信号经ADS1248模数转换器转换后送入STM32F103VET6控制器进行处理,通过USB接口与PC机进行通讯,将温度值显示在PC机上;也可将该设备挂接在CAN网络中,将温度值通过CAN总线发送出去。该系统具有测量原理简单,精度高,成本低,使用方便等特点,可用于火电,冶金,化工,机械制造等多种自动化场合。This paper mainly introduced based on type-K thermocouple and ADS1248 of multi-channel temperature acquisition system.In this system,the temperature signal by thermocouple induction into analog voltage signal,the analog voltage signal by ADS1248 AD converter after converting into STM32F103VET6 controller processing,through the USB interface and PC communication,temperature will display in the PC.The equipment will also be articulated in the CAN network,temperature value through the CAN bus to send out.This system has the measurement principle is simple,high precision,low cost,easy to use etc.,can be used for thermal power,metallurgy,chemical industry,machinery manufacturing,and many other automation situation.
