摘　　要：本文基于计划行为理论的视角,运用个案调查方法 ,对已参与和尚未参与养老服务储蓄活动的居民分别进行访谈,从态度、主观规范和知觉行为控制三个维度分析了影响城市居民参与养老服务储蓄活动的突显信念因素。结果发现突显信念并非单一地影响其参与意向,而是多个因素共同地对参与者的参与意向起作用。根据这些因素,提出推广养老服务储蓄活动的相关对策与建议。This paper, based on the perspective of planned behavior theory and using of case studies, interviews the residents＇ involvement in the activities of savings of pension services to analyze the influence of faith of urban residents＇ participation in the savings of pension services from three dimensions： attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control. The finding shows that faith and belief is not the only factors affect the intention of residents＇ participation in pension service savings. The paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the residents＇ participation in pension service savings.
