摘  要:柠檬酸三丁酯是一种重要的绿色增塑剂,具有广泛的用途。高效催化剂的选择是以柠檬酸与正丁醇为原料合成柠檬酸三丁酯的关键环节。参考了近几年有关柠檬酸三丁酯合成的文献,介绍了有机酸、无机盐、固体超强酸等催化剂催化合成柠檬酸三丁酯的催化性能、影响因素、优化条件、研究现状,分析了各种催化剂的优缺点,并指出了催化剂的研究发展方向。Tributyl citrate was a kind of important green plasticizer, with a wide range of uses. Choosing a kind of high efficient catalyst for synthesis of tributyl citrate with citric acid and n - butyl alcohol as raw materials was an important step. The literature on the synthesis of tributyl Citrate in recent years was referenced, catalyticperformance, influencing factors, optimization conditions and research status about the synthesis of tributyl citrate using the catalysts, such as organic acid, solid superacid and inorganic salt were introduced, the advantages and disadvantages of these catalysts were analyzed, and the direction of research and development of catalysts were pointed out.
