摘  要:建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定高纯氟化锂中钠、钾、镁、钙、铁5种杂质元素的分析方法。样品经硝酸消解后进行分析。研究结果表明,该方法对5种待测元素的加标回收率范围在98.47%~113.21%,相对标准偏差范围在4.46%~8.47%之间,方法的准确度和精密度均符合要求。本法简便、快速,能满足高纯氟化锂中多种杂质元素同时测定的分析需求。Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry was developed for the determination of Na, K, Mg, Ca and Fe in high- purity lithium fluoride. The sample was digested by HNO3 followed by dilution with uhraapure water. The above 5 impurity elements in the solution were analyzed directly by ICP- OES, whose recoveries were in the range of 98.47% - 113.21%, the relative standard deviation were 4. 46% -8.47%. The accuracy and precision of the method can meet the requirements. This method was rapid, simple and applicable for the analysis of impurity lelments in high -purity lithium fluoride.
