摘  要:连续重整装置预加氢系统2009年4月份开工后存在原料性质与设计相差大,只能维持70%~80%的负荷操作;铵盐结晶导致进料/产物换热器管程堵塞,反应系统压降增大的问题。本文分析了各类问题的原因,并采取了增大预加氢注水量;经常切换注水点;强化原料管理;降低预加氢处理量等措施;最后提出了增上预加氢脱氯反应器、扩大汽提塔顶含硫C5直径、更换汽提塔回流泵的三个技术改造措施。There were some problems of the pre - hydrotreating system in Continuous Catalytic Reformer Unit after it started in April 2009. Such as the raw feed was different from that of the design. The exchanger of the feed/production was blocked by the ammonium salt generated in the hydrotreating reaction and the pressure drop of the pre - hydrotreating system increased gradually. The reasons of the above pre -hydrotreating system's problems were analyzed and some methods of increasing the flow of the pre - hydrotreating wash water, changing the injection point frequently, controlling the quality of the raw feed, and deceasing the flow of the raw feed were proposed. Three transformation technological countermeasures of adding a hydro - dechlorine reactor, expanding the sulfur C5 line on the top of the stripper and changing the reflux pump were put forward.
