摘　　要：文章通过对舰船装备器材管理全资可视化概念的理解,归纳总结出实现全资可视化的核心特征,介绍了实现舰船装备器材管理全资可视化的设计思路,并对此进行了模型设计,从而极大地缩短器材申领时间,减少重复申领现象,使舰船装备器材保障效率得到极大提高。By understanding the concept of warship equipment management total asset visibility, this article summarized the core characteristics on how to realize the total asset visibility, introducing its design ideas and mod- el designing, which greatly shortens the equipment for time, reduces repeated asking for equipment and makes the guarantee efficiency raised greatly.
