摘　　要：山地未来的开发与发展状况决定全国现代化的实现及其水平。该文探讨了一元化、二元化、三元化、四元化山区人地系统基本格局,异质人地结构类型下的功能区划、主体功能区与人地关系和地域系统关系,人地关系系统优化的技术工程和山地文化特征,提出了建设山区信息化数据库、山地区域经济开发和遵循工程哲学和经济科学融合的发展观。Mountain development determined the achievement of the national modernization. This paper discussed the basic pattern of Man - land system in the unified, normalize, ternary, quaternary mountain areas, as well as the function division under the heterogeneous Man -land structure, relationships among priority zones, Man-land, and regional system, the technical engineering of man-land relation system optimization and mountain culture characteristics. Finally, it put forward the science development view for the construction of information database, the development of mountain area economy, and the integration of the engineering philosophy and economy.
