摘 要:根据实际柴油机的基本结构,建立了带有废气再循环(EGR)系统的增压直喷(TDI)柴油机的一维工作模型。将柴油机台架试验获得的最佳EGR率MAP图作为一维模型中EGR控制单元的控制MAP图,建立了模拟形式下EGR系统的控制单元,实现了柴油机在使用EGR后,不同工况EGR率条件下,EGR对柴油机工作全过程影响的一维模拟,模拟结果发现柴油机在使用EGR后空燃比、缸压、缸内温度都有所下降,缸内气体质量有所增加,与柴油机台架试验获得的结论吻合。According to the basic structure of actual diesel engine, gine with exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system was established. simulation model of turbocharged direct-injected (TDI) diesel en- By using the optimum EGR rates map of diesel engine test experi- ment as control map of EGR control unit, the simulation and EGR control unit was constructed. Simulation about the influence of EGR on the whole operation process of diesel engine was actualized, provided that EGR rates was continuously changing with diesel engine revolution and load when EGR was used in diesel engine. It is proved by simulation results that A/F ratio, cylinder pressure, the tem- perature in the cylinder are lower than the original and the gas mass in the cylinder is higher than the original when ERG is used in the diesel engine. All eonelusions of simulation are identical with the conclusions of the diesel engine test experiment.
