摘 要:根据高频大功率柴油机电控单元(ECU)电路的工作特点,分析了该电路工作时,其印刷电路板(PCB)上的电流环路的分布,以及这些环路电流变化时对PCB电源的地平面的影响,给出了一种能够有效消除高频大功率电路负面影响的PCB设计方法,实验结果显示,在喷油器工作时,地线上的高频毛刺消失,说明这种方法可以有效抑制大功率执行器工作时,地线电源线上的高频干扰,保证柴油机电控ECU的稳定可靠工作。Current loop distribution on PCB( Printed Circuit Board) was analyzed according to circuit characteristics of high-frequency, high-power diesel ECU (Electronic Control Unit), and effects of these current loop on ground plane were elaborated too. A design method for PCB was put forward in the paper to eliminate negative effects of high-frequency, high-power circuits. It was showed by re- suits that high-frequency glitches of ground line were disappeared when injector working with the new method. It was verified that this method can inhibit high-frequency interference on ground and power line when high-power actuators are working so as to ensure stability and reliability of diesel ECU.
