摘  要:介绍了阻尼阀的结构原理及在单缸喷油泵上的应用研究。对在3种单缸喷油泵上采用阻尼阀装置时的供油规律进行了试验研究,结果表明在单缸喷油泵上采用阻尼阀装置能获得较高的喷射压力,同时又能消除二次喷射现象,并能有效降低燃油消耗率,论文还研究了不同阻尼阀孔径对供油规律的影响。Structural principle and application of damping valve on single cylinder fuel injection pump were introduced in the paper. Injection rate of three types single cylinder fuel injection pumps with damping valve device were tested. The results showed that using damping value not only can get higher injection pressure but also can eliminate secondary injection phenomenon, and fuel consumption was improved at the same time. Effects of different damping valve bore diameter on injection rule were also studied in the paper.
