恶性肿瘤患者超声引导结合微插管鞘技术置入PICC临床护理路径的应用

摘　　要：目的:提高恶性肿瘤患者超声引导结合微插管鞘技术置入PICC临床护理路径的护理效果。方法:将100例住院患者随机分为两组,研究组50例采用临床护理路径进行健康教育,对照组50例采用传统的方法进行健康教育。结果:研究组患者满意度为96.0%,对照组患者满意度为82.0%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者健康教育知识掌握率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径的实践,可以提高恶性肿瘤患者PICC导管相关知识水平,促进护患关系,提升护理服务质量。应用临床护理路径开展PICC健康教育是一种有效的工作方法。Objective：Improve cancer patients with micro intubation guided by ultrasound in PICC health education sheath technology quality, ensure that patients receive timely and effective health education. Methods ：100 patients with cancer were divided into two groups randomly, one is experimental group and the other is control group. The 50 patients of experimental group received clinical path for nursing health education. While the other 50 patients of control group underwent the traditional methods for health edu- cation. Results： The satisfaction of experimental group and control group is 96.0% and 82.0%, respectively. There is significant sta- tistical difference between the two groups （x2 = 5.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. The rate of health education knowledge master of experimental group is 94.0% , while the control group is 70.0%. There is significant statistical difference between the two groups （ x^2 = 12.0, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The clinical nursing pathway for health education is an effective method for cancer patients with micro intubation guided by ultrasound in PICC.
