摘  要:以浙江台州某电子废弃物拆解区的帽岭、桐山、岭下周3个村人群为暴露组,以西焦湾人群为对照组,在对其8种内分泌指标(TSH、T4、FT4、T3、FT3、FSH、LH、T)检测并进行相关性分析基础上,运用综合生物标志物响应指数法开展了人群健康的影响评价。结果表明,3个村人群的FT4、FSH的浓度均低于西焦湾人群;除岭下周外,帽岭和桐山人群的TSH、T3、FT3和T的浓度均低于西焦湾人群,T4浓度仅在桐山低于西焦湾,而LH与T4相反。TSH水平与拆解和拆解时戴手套呈正相关,T3水平与拆解和拆解时戴口罩呈正相关,FT4水平仅和拆解具有相关性;FSH、LH水平与抽烟、饮酒和戴口罩有关,T水平和抽烟、饮酒呈负相关关系;4个村的SIBR值大小依次为桐山<帽岭<西焦湾<岭下周。The villigers of Maoling, Tongshan and Lingxiazhou in an e-waste dismantling area in Taizhou, Zhejiang were selected as the exposure group, and those of Xijiaowan as the control group. Based on the detection of 8 endocrine indexes (TSH, T4, FT4, T3, FT3, FSH, LH, T)and correlation analysis, the integrated biomarker response index was used to evaluate the human health. The results showed that the concentrations of FT4 and FSH of people were lower than those of people in Xijiaowan; except Lingxi- azhou, the concentrations of TSH, T3, FT3 and T of people in Maoling and Tongshan were lower than those of people in Xijiaowan, and the concentration of T4 only in Tongshan was lower than that in Xijiaow- an, while LH was opposite with T4. TSH level was positively correlated with disassembly and wearing gloves; T3 level was positively correlated with disassembly and wearing masks; FT4 was only correlated with disassembly; FSH and LH levels were correlated with smoking, drinking and wearing mask; T level was negatively correlated with smoking and drinking; the SIBR values of the 4 villages flow low to high were in the sequence of Tongshan, Maoling, Xijiaowan and Lingxiazhou.
