我国中间阶层发展面临的不确定性与政治应对

摘　　要：发展以中间阶层为主体的社会结构是我国改革的战略方向。但在发展过程中存在着中间阶层规模壮大、中间阶层政治作用及中间阶层筛选对社会和谐作用等方面的不确定性。为应对这些不确定性,引导我国中间阶层健康发展以及推动政治稳定和社会和谐,应采取以下的政治措施:构建公正的社会分化机制,强力扩展中间阶层形成的社会空间;扶持中间阶层自身发展,推动其政治上的成熟;提高政治系统的容纳和协调能力,化解由中间阶层发展而引发的阶层矛盾。It is the strategic direction of China＇s reform to promote the growth of the intermediate social stratum and to form a social structure with the intermediate stratum as its pillar part. However, in the development of China＇s intermediate social stratum, uncertainty exists in many aspects, such as the ex- pansion of the scale of the intermediate stratum, the political role of the intermediate stratum, and the screening role played by the intermediate stratum in constructing social harmony. To cope with these uncertainties so as to guide China＇s intermediate stratum to a healthy growth and to promote the politi- cal stability and the social harmony, we should take the following mutually supporting political meas- ures ： building a just social differentiation mechanism and extensively expanding the social space of the intermediate stratum; supporting the intermediate stratum＇s own development and promoting its political maturity; improving the accommodation and coordination capacity of the political system for resolving stratum conflicts caused by the development of the intermediate stratum.
