清目口服液中菊花芳香水提取工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:建立清目口服液中菊花芳香水的提取方法.方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油、芳香水,薄层鉴别法、紫外可见分光光度法结合气相色谱法进行检测.结果:蒸馏法提取清目口服液中菊花芳香水的最佳条件为,加药材20倍量水(补加吸水率),浸泡30min,蒸馏5小时.结论:工艺科学合理、稳定可靠,可为生产所采用.Objective： To establish extraction technology for Chrysanthemum fragrance water from Qingmu Oral Liquid. Methods： Use steam distillation method to extract volatile oil and fragrance water, and detect them with TLC, UV, and GC. Results： The optimum condition is adding twenty times water quantity and additional bibulous rate to medical material, soaking for 30 minutes, distilling for 5 hours. Conclusion： The technology is scientific, reasonable, stable, and reliable. It may be used for production.
