摘 要:通过6根复合砂浆钢丝网加固梁和1根普通钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯试验,分析梁的开裂荷载和极限荷载,研究钢丝网配筋率和砂浆强度对梁承载力的影响,推导了复合砂浆钢丝网加固梁的极限承载力计算公式。结果表明,钢丝网能大幅提高梁的抗弯承载力,且承载力在一定范围内随钢丝网配筋率增大而增大,砂浆强度对提高梁的承载力作用不大,所推导公式值与试验值吻合较好。Through the experimental research on six RC beams strengthened with ferrocement and one compara- tive RC beam, we analyzed the experimental data from cracking load and ultimate load, investigated the influ- ence of wire mesh ratio and mortar strength for flexural bearing capacity and deduced the ultimate bearing ca- pacity calculation formula of beams strengthened with ferrocement. The results indicate that wire mesh can sig- nificantly increase the flexural bearing capacity, bearing capacity is positively correlated to wire mesh rein- forcement ratio within a certain scope and irrelevant to mortar strength, formula value is in good agreement with experimental results.
